At Parakh Car Kraft, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and offer fair refund policies for our services.
Service Deposits
- Deposits are required to secure booking dates
- 50% deposit required for most services
- Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of service
- Deposits may be transferred to rescheduled appointments
Service Completion Refunds
Quality Issues
- If you're not satisfied with the service quality, notify us within 24 hours
- We will inspect and correct any workmanship issues at no additional cost
- If issues cannot be resolved, partial or full refunds may be considered
- All refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
Product Performance
- Product warranties are handled separately from service refunds
- Performance issues covered under warranty do not qualify for refunds
- Refunds are not available for normal wear and tear
Cancellation Refunds
- Cancellations made 7+ days before service: Full deposit refund
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before service: 50% deposit refund
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: No deposit refund
- Emergency cancellations are handled with discretion
Product Purchase Refunds
- Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Restocking fee of 10% may apply for opened products
- Custom or special-order items are non-returnable
Refund Process

- Provide details and photos if applicable
- Allow us to inspect and assess the situation
- Receive refund decision within 5-7 business days
- Refunds processed within 10-14 business days

- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 3-5 business days to appear
- Cash payments refunded in cash or transferred
- Bank transfers processed within 7-10 business days
