Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Parakh Car Kraft's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Parakh Car Kraft provides premium automotive detailing and protection services including:

• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Ceramic and Graphene coating application
• Full body painting and color changes
• Panel painting and repairs
• Sound damping and acoustic treatments
• Vinyl wrapping and customization
• Insurance and accidental repair services

Service Terms

Booking and Payment

• All services require advance booking and deposit
• Full payment is due upon completion of service
• Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and requirements
• Additional charges may apply for extensive repairs

Vehicle Condition

• Customers are responsible for vehicle condition upon pickup
• We recommend documenting existing damage before service
• Normal wear and tear is expected; excessive damage may incur fees

Warranties and Guarantees

• PPF: 10-year manufacturer warranty against defects
• Ceramic Coatings: 5-7 year performance warranty
• Paint Work: 5-year finish warranty
• Sound Damping: Lifetime warranty
• Warranties are void if vehicle is modified without our approval
• Warranties do not cover accidental damage or misuse

Limitation of Liability

Parakh Car Kraft shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of use or business interruption
• Damage to personal property during service
• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances
• Third-party product performance issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may forfeit deposit
• Rescheduling is allowed once without penalty
• Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
